Planning and designing a couples wedding vision is completely unique for each event. Our Boutique specializes in intimate weddings & events up to 150 guests. We believe that no matter the size of the wedding, each wedding is beautiful and should be treated equally. When a couple first reaches out to us for their wedding day, we schedule a preliminary consultation. We prefer in-person consultations to be able to comfortably bring together all design and wedding ideas forward as well as view the options available for floral and rentals. We discuss your must-haves and must-nots as well as any photograph inspirations that you have for your dream wedding. During the 1 - Hour consultation we ask that you have a prepared budget, so that we can discuss logistics and florals that suit your taste and price range. By the end of the consultation we should come together to have a set colour palette and style to suit your wedding’s season and venue.
After the preliminary consultation we create a customized initial proposal of the floral design including an itemized pricing of everything discussed. Once the quote has been emailed we work together to ensure that we can adjust and figure out exactly what works best for you. Once we have come to an agreement of design and pricing we can move forward with booking.
To secure our services for your wedding date, a 30% retainer is required. With this retained we have committed our time to you. Usually we schedule an additional 2-3 consultations until the wedding to discuss and changes in details. We schedule our final consultation 30 days before the wedding to finalize all floral details! Once finalized we order all florals and look forward to seeing you on the wedding day!
